Bento #4

I’m just going to start numbering my bento meals–I can’t think of a way to keep them all straight!

Quick recap: Bento #1, #2 and #3.


I love these whole-wheat round flat breads!  Healthy and full of fiber.  Besides its …uh, regulating characteristics, it helps you feel fuller longer.  The one in this bento is from Arnold and it’s filled with sliced poached chicken, artichoke spread, halved cherry tomatoes, Swiss cheese, arugula and a slice of Genoa salami.  Also included are three toothpicks threaded with fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes  wrapped in basil, and a green gingham waxed-paper cup of cut up mango.  Yum!
